Sales are FINAL on all Internet orders due to the uniqueness of the evening wear industry. If a dress is damaged or ruined during shipping please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the problem as best as we can. All other situations are finale sale.
CANCELING an order : Once an order has been placed or shipped you will not be able to cancel your purchase.
If we cannot deliver your order before your wear date an email will be sent within 48 hours.
No Credit Cards will be charged until we are positive we can fulfill your order in time for your wear date.
INTERNATIONAL orders: International customers are responsible for any additional charges once your garment or item has reached your country such as duties and taxes. If for any reason your purchase needs to be sent back you are responsible for the shipping.
If you are unsure about how to measure yourself, to assure you are ordering the correct size we encourage you to contact us for detailed instructions for measuring yourself properly.
Please refer to the size chart for each style and have someone else measure you.
