Omnibus Fashions Store Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES / ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• We are not responsible for any merchandise once it leaves the store.
• We are not responsible for any merchandise left in the store 14 days after wear date.
• Balances must be paid in full within 60 days of initial purchase or deposit or any right to the garments will be forfeited.
• An email confirmation and signature is required through docusign in order to process any over the phone transactions.
• Alterations are NOT included in the price of each garment. 
• Please understand dresses are not custom made and each dress will require an alteration.
• Alterations appointments must be booked within 30 days of initial purchase on ALL PROM dresses.
• Special orders require 65% deposit 
• For your protection we suggest you come in within 7 days after the arrival of your dress. If you wait longer will wont not have any recourse with the manufacturer if there is an issue with the dress.
• Once a special order is placed we do not accept returns, exchanges or any cancellations.
• Please note dye lots may vary on ALL merchandise.
• Dresses with beading and / or embroidery may vary slightly depending on the size. The pattern on beading and embroidery may vary from the original gown. 
• Please note all ship dates are APPROXIMATE and is not the exact date merchandise will arrive in store. 
• We will gladly fulfill a layaway request for any in stock merchandise. Layaways require 50% down for the deposit. 

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

International customers are responsible for any additional charges once your garment or item has reached your country such as duties and taxes. If for any reason your purchase needs to be sent back you are responsible for the shipping.

If you are unsure about how to measure yourself, to assure you are ordering the correct size we encourage you to contact us for detailed instructions for measuring yourself properly.

Please refer to the size chart for each style and have someone else measure you.

YOU MUST PICK THE SIZE THAT REPRESENTS THE LARGEST MEASUREMENT OF THE THREE MEASUREMENTS!

Sales tax will be charged for all New York State residents.

Be sure to INCLUDE YOUR WEAR DATE when you checkout.

We will contact you to confirm that your selection will be available by your wear date.

Orders not in stock can take up to 16- 24 weeks to come in.
